I recently got a 86 Intruder and knowing it had issues. Now I have it all ready except it won't fire. Lights don't even come on, nothing. When I hook the battery up the circuit breaker pops within 10 seconds and the battery cables are hot to the touch. Found another wire that it hot also and it is one of the ground wires on the right side of the bike(if you're sitting on it) that I believe is connected to the ignition coil for the front spark plug...
Can anyone help me out here? Summer is almost up and I wanna get out and ride...
