Im leaking gas out of the bottom of my tank. I took a pic. I also plugged this up but it built to much pressure in my tank when I took the cap off it spray out gas from the top. Help me out...why is this leaking and is it fixable? Its the small one because I cut it and blocked it up. What is it. Thanks guys.

 

its a 91 suzuki katana 600 gsxf. The hose use to run to the bottom of the bike near the back tire. Thanks again.
