Default C90 Ignition problem...

I've got an '05 Suzuki C90. I've replaced battery and it has a full charge. Getting VERY weak power to ignition. When I place my amp meter on the battery terminals I'm getting about 12.7 volts. If I place probes on the starter relay I'm getting 12.5 volts with the key off. As soon as I turn the key on the reading drops to about 2 volts. Fuel pump runs, barley, then stops and voltage drops to about 1.5 volts. I've checked the 30 amp fuse located on the relay and it is good...Any suggestions???

Check weather if the battery is gone week due to which it is not providing a proper volt.

Have you figured out what the problem was. I'm just in the process of getting my bike out of storage, I've put a brand new, freshly charged battery in the machine and I get no response at all when I turn the key.
