My bike revs up and down. I believe it’s an air leak. I tried spraying starter fluid but I can not tell if it’s me causing it to go up and down.

in the video #1 you will see a green connector and a hose that looks like it broke. Where does it connect (green connector) and does that hose go some where else.(maybe it’s a vent hose)

video #2 shows a hose that is broke. It is putting out lots of hot air. It is blowing hot air on the wires and I am fixing that tomorrow. When I put my finger on the hose it changes the revs which has me thinking this is the issue. But where does that other end of the hose connect to?
