I was made an offer I couldn't refuse and I am now the proud owner of very nice '97 TL1000S. However, I am not the tallest tree in the forest. I need to lower the bike 2 to 3 inches to get my feet solidly on the ground. I know what my options are for the front end, as I have had to make changes in other sport bikes...but what do I do with this rotary damper thingy in the back? Can it be modified? Do I need to alter the linkage? As the dyslexic said as he fell in the river, Pleh! Pleh!
