No ignition or Speedo display

No ignition or odometer display 07 c50
So I was installing an aftermarket horn now I have electrical issues no ignition and nothing on the odometer display all fuses are good 30 amp's and all in the box wondering if I need a new relay cant find my multimeter right now to check it or did I do damage to another component
