Suzuki Savage Engine Swap Question
I have a 1987 Suzuki Savage and a 2002 Suzuki savage.
Good engine in the 87, but only 4 gears.
Good bottom end in the 2002. Can I swap the piston, cylinder, and head from the 87 engine to the 2002, to get a fifth gear?
If this is in the wrong section, feel free to move it if you would like.
EDIT: If anyone can't tell me whether it is possible to swap them or not, could you possible tell me the differences between the 87' and 02' head, if there are any? Thanks.
