I just bought a 91 GS500E and had some questions.

1st off, anyone know of any common problems i may be able to catch before they happen? I've only heard good things about these bikes, which is why i bought one, but i know theres flaws in everything.

2nd, does anyone know of any after market front farrings that aren't too expensive? I just want one around the headlight with the little mini windshield. Are they available? links would be nice, if anyone knows some.

3rd, this is not a question but a comment. I've been wanting to ride for a few years now and i have to say, i will never stop riding. This is one of the most freeing and exhilerating feelings i've ever had, and i've been into racing CARS my whole life. I used to think road racing was the biggest high i could ever feel, but holy hell was i wrong. only down side, i don't think the BMW club will let me autocross my bike......[sm=bs.gif]
