Hi there , yes another newbie..

I have just bought my other half a little Suzuki GS550L, 1985 model. 16000 miles on the clock.
Now i was just wondering as i have not even got the bike home yet, how easy is it to lower the bike by about 2"? (She what is is somewhat vertically challenged)
I bought it on a whim, it is about 450 miles away up in scotland and am collecting the bike this saturday.. So should be an interestng ride to say the least.. She will ride a bit but i will be riding most of the trip. Not that it is a problem for me(30 years of riding experience)
