Default Chinese products are really not reliable?

Like most of customers around me, I prefer buy items from online shop. And before purchasing, I will ask for some relevant forum for advice
and reference. These days I find a controversial topic that is Chinese car diagnostics. Some customers say we had better not buy any car diagnostic from Chinese
buyers for Chinese products are low quality, even to say something else to denigrate Chinese people quality; Chinese products are really not reliable?
It seams not to be for those customers who take good advantage of Chinese products, they do not think all Chinese products are low quality and
they think now that they can not afford the original ones at a rather high price, why not pay for the copy ones which work as well as the original ones.
Some nice customers even note their successful buying experience for other potential customers for reference.

Case one. Gustavo Walter Rosenbaum from Brazil, Greebid Eshop usual customer, comments that he is Greebid Juliana old customer
and also friends for nearly two years. Every two days Juliana send him a package of car professional diagnostics,
containingop com 2009, elm327 ,piwis , t300 key programmer, sbb key programmer,BMW GT1.tacho universal v2008, and he adds that that’s why he links these items because he will give a specific example to show that these Chinese products do not only work well,
but also at a valuable price.
Case two. Thomas, Greebid.comcustomer from Australia, gives a highly evaluation of UOBD2 customer service- Angela. She is rather reliable, do not quote her item at a rather high price and send him items effectively,
usually Thomas buy some VAG Diagnostic Tools, such as, vag com 908.1, vag com 812.4, vag com 805.1, OVS6.

So, after reading the above-mentioned two cases, how do you think of this phenomenon?
