Default 1999 rm125 crank issuies

So i picked up a 1999 rm125 the other day for 500 that needed crank bearing's and to be put back together, i froze the bearings heated the case and dropped them in then i froze the crank and heated the bearing a little but when i put the crank in it locks up and wont turn, if u go past about a quarter inch gap between the crank and case it locks up, there are small scrapes on the crankcase like the crank is to big to fit all the way down and be able to spin freely, is this a thing?

Have you reassembled the crank case's or still split?
There is a very tight tolerance between crank and case, i had a, of all things the guide from the puller break and fall in between crank and case, it was less than .5mm yet caused the same issue, not found till i pulled apart again....
