would like to get some info.i installed a 2006 800cc top end on my 1991 intruder 750cc lower end.shows same part numbers for base gasket,crankshaft and cam sprockets.they show the same part number for the camshafts up until 1995.1996 shows a different number,i dont know if this is a superceded number or the cams or different<also possibley different cam timing>i live in Thailand so hard to get parts or information here.the bike idles ans starts good,low end is all right,but when you accelerate,it does nothing,no breakup or spitting,just seems to run out of ignition.I have tried a different c.d.i.,coils,carbs and tested the ignition pick ups.hoping some one has some info on these 2006 cams if they are compatible.
