Default Suzuki 400cc rebuild or what?

I have this motorbike sitting beside the garage up at the cabin.
Its definately a Suzuki, perhaps an early 2000's model, yellow plastic, I believe its a 400cc, and it looks like it has DR or maybe DRZ. I think its an enduro 4 stroke, might have the S at the end of it, cant remember. Its my brothers. Not to sure why he hasnt gotten around to fix it, or get rid of it. He is a rich guy I guess, doesnt care. I am going to scoop it up for the Summer, Spring and Fall riding, to save on gas. Now looking back on it, we have had that cabin for 12 years now. Thats how long it been sitting there.
Its got the light package on it, blinkers, headlight etc.

A) How much is it to buy a Suzuki crate engine for this bike?
B) Where do you buy a Suzuki crate engine?
C) Is it worth rebuilding if I can do atleast half or 3/4 the work myself?
D) Whats it going to cost to do a complete rebuild on this bike?
E) Where do I find parts easily for this bike?
F) For a big dude (not fat fat) like myself, 6'6" and a cool 300lbs, is this bike a good starter bike, or should I go for something above the 500cc mark?

Thanks!

I think the prices of above mention equipment depends on the availability of these products on your local market. If you have good budget then go for the new bike or if you have a low budget then go for the used parts. In this way, you can repair your bike with in your budget.
