Hi everyone,

I've been struggling for several months to solve my charging issue with my 2006 Suzuki Intruder VL 1500. I replaced the stator, and while the motorcycle charges up to 14.2V at idle, the voltage drops to 13-13.5V when I rev the engine.

I've visually inspected the wiring and all grounding connections, and they appear to be fine. I've also removed the fuses one by one to troubleshoot, but without success.

I'm at a loss for what to do next. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
