Default 2005 Security System

I need guidance on installing the Suzuki Security System on my 2005 XL-7. The dealer (stealer) is asking over $450.00 for purchase and installation. I might as well purchase the security system and install it myself. Thanks.

There is a reason installation is expensive. It must be done right.

Don't let the existing wiring (and anything magnetic for that matter) interfere with the system.
If you have a friend who is an electrician, get them to help you.

It isn't all that hard to install, it just has to be done right.

I bought my aftermarket alrem cheap at Best BUY under 200 bucks which was installed come with two remotes, remote start, emer alert, and two option buttons so if I wanted a remote trunk release or add roll down windows like a Honda Accord hold for 2 sec driver & pass roll down and hold again hold down all windows down. If I want to add those options I could it's only $50 each window to go down and $25 to pop trunk
