Throttle Body - weird sound

ok... i just noticed that when I shut my vehicle off a sound coming from around the area of my throttle seems to come out. it's sort of like a buzzing sound... or when u rub ur finger on a baloon it makes that ereerriii sound... thats the sound it makes when i shut off the vehicle. cant really explain the sound to well... but thats the closest comparison i can come up with. any idea what this could be? autozone doesnt carry any parts, and suzuki dealer is hour and a half away.
