Hey guys, last nite I went out to my grandpas nudes colony out past estacada Oregon,
I was helping him rebuild a old roof, as part payment I was able to walk away with a 1979 rm 250,
first thing I did was drained the gas,, cleaned carb, and changed air filter, and gear oil
I cleaned the gas tank out also, all the screws on the carb were turn in As far as they go and the carb looks newer then a 79 bike for sure so......
How do I get this thing running? It has spark, it has a clean carb(that's not exactly tuned) and gas mixed 32:1
I turned the air screw 1 and a half turns
Not to sure about the idle screw
It back fired 2 times out the end pipe while I kicked it for 20 mins
I don't know what to do
