Hi all. I recently purchased a 2007 GSXR-750, which I love. I owned a 2000 GSXR-750 for 4 years! It's just been broken in and I started revving her past 10K RPMs. At around 10.5 - 11K the bike shakes violently, sputters, the oil light comes on, and the engine acts like you hit a rev limiter. It's been back at the dealer for over 4 days now and they are working with Suzuki to find the problem.

Question: has anyone seen or heard of this problem in the '06 or '07s (since they're the same bike)? It's frustrating that they can't pinpoint it and are swapping part by part with another '07 GSXR-750.
