Default 1500 Intruder LC Electrical

I’m having a problem with my Intruder. When I try to start it I get a click of the starter trying to engage then all lights go dead for a second or two. I jumped the bike and was able to get it started, however I had no indicators lit up, odometer/fuel gauge was blank and the bike died shortly after. Since then I have been unsuccessful in getting it started.

I originally thought battery or starter, but it’s a new battery and the starter shouldn’t cause the cluster to stop working. Took off the all the panels and covers and inspected all of the wiring and connections and couldn’t find anything that points to the root issue.

Has anybody had a similar issue, or maybe has an idea of where to point me in my next steps of troubleshooting?

Have you checked your starter relay? Try to measure the voltage to your starter-motor when you attempt to jump-start the bike.
