I purchased a 2018 Gixxer 250 with 3,000 miles. The bike started great at the auction. Once I got it home, i realized the left crank case cover was cracked, and the bracket which holds the left foot pedal and shifter was broke. I replaced the crank case cover and changed the bracket and the shifter and foot peg. Once I test drove the bike it starts right up and idles perfectly, but I only have about 50% of power. It maxes out at about 45 MPH. Also, when I am at 45 MPH, if I attempt to go any faster (higher RPM's), the bike makes a small winding sound. Any idea what I can be facing. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. No QR Codes at all
