Hey guys new to the forum hopefully it's active.

Just picked up a 93 GN125.

Tried starting it, Jumping it from my truck battery.

Neutral indicator light turns on
Headlights do not turn on
starter does nothing.

I cheched the run switch and starter button and they are both working contact wise.

I tried putting the kickstand up made no difference.

Is there a fuse located anywhere on this bike?

I jumped the starter solenoid and bike will crank but has no spark.

Any ideas?

 

Hey an update with good news. Unfortunately the PDf I found had no real wiring information which kinda sucked but after inspecting the physical wiring on the bike it wasn't to hard to poke around. Turns out the kickstand switch wad no good. I just got rid of the switch all together. Once I fixed the loop the bike came to life and fired up right away. My next problem is the carb float seems to be getting stuck and is dumping fuel. I can't seem to find the right type of carb kit for the rebuild. Wondering if the generics ones are any good. Also I have noticed none of the kits come with a diaphragm. Makes me wonder if that part doesn't need to be changed.
